Ingredients
NSP has blended its high-quality 5-HTP (hydroxy-tryptophan) with three adaptogenic herbs-Siberian ginseng, ashwaganda and suma. These herbs nourish the body and enhance the beneficial effects of 5-HTP. This formula also includes vitamin B6 and zinc which strengthen the bioavailability of 5-HTP.

How Does It Work?
5-HTP Power supports the nervous system by promoting the production of serotonin.  The body converts 5-HTP into serotonin, an important neurotransmitter responsible for mood, hunger and sleep.

Recommended Use
One bottle of 5-HTP Power contains 60 capsules. Each capsule contains 35 mg of 5-HTP. Take one capsule three times daily with a meal for mood elevation or weight loss. As a sleep aid, take three capsules with your evening meal. NSP recommends a maximum of three capsules per day.
