Flax Seed
Oil - Liquid
Omega-3s and Omega-6s by the
Tablespoon
Flax Seed Oil contains high concentrations of
Omega-6 fatty acids and the Omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, which supports the
glandular and structural systems. These essential fatty acids (EFAs, called
essential fatty acids because the body cannot manufacture them but must get them from the
diet) perform many vital functions in the body.
The average North American diet lacks Omega-3 EFAs.
Typically, the North American diet has about a 25:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3
EFAs. This ratio should be much less drastic (3:1). NSP has offered Flax Seen Oil
soft gel capsules for over 3 years. Now we are pleased to also offer Flax Seed Oil
Liquid to those who wish to take flax seed oil by the spoonful and to combine it with NSP
Focus Attention.
